While they have dedicated space to tent testing in the past, Celina Tent, Inc. has finished installing a 33,750 square foot Proving Ground adjacent to the main manufacturing and distribution center in Celina, Ohio. This area will be used for cumulative outdoor exposure testing on various types of fabric structures and framework designs, exposing them to the elements.
Celina™ has been working on expanding its market base, selling to local businesses, larger corporations, foreign governments and distant customers, for many years. Now, they’re opening a distribution center in the UK with the help of a newly awarded Ohio IMAGE (International Market Access Grant for Exporters) Grant through the State Trade Expansion Program (STEP). This grant will help by covering some costs associated with expanding distribution and marketing of Celina’s main line of products.
Celina Tent, Inc has made plans to build a brand new Celina Tent Distribution Center adjacent to their headquarters in Celina, OH. The groundwork for the new facility has started to take place and is expected to be complete in the late Fall of 2017.
Celina Industries continues to excel in all aspects of Agricultural equipment, most recently delving into the design and production of numerous styles of ventilation. It is with this in mind that Jamie Dues, Account Manager for Agriculture at Celina Industries, has undergone extensive training to become a certified Positive Pressure Tube Ventilation (PPTV) Consultant.
As of June 20th, 2016, Celina Tent is pleased announce that Dave Willis has joined the company as the new Director of Operations and General Manager. With his extensive experience in business modeling, process design, and company operations, he will be an invaluable asset as Celina moves forward as a company.
